传统印象中的办公环境早已远去，
设计师们通过新的职场状态，
在设计中加入人性化的思考，
实现交往与空间的互动，
人与空间，高端高效，
人与人，灵动舒适。

项目背景

位于高科技、高智能、高品质综合LG国际大厦。北临朝阳区政府和CBD历史文化广场 , 东临中国尊，是一个位于政治、经济、文化交集地带的地标性建筑。
Located in the high-tech, high-intelligence, high-quality comprehensive LG International Building, adjacent to Chaoyang District Government and CBD Historical and Cultural Square in the north, this newly designed office building space for LG Chem was brought by the Apex Team with the aim of achieving a unique open office concept space that prioritizes wellbeing, with a total area of about 749 square meters, while also reflecting the company’s inventive identity in their field.
设计理念

“如果人们可以更频繁地见面（Collisions）并分享信息，如果他们是共同学习(Co-learning)和连接(Connectedness )的，那人们就会发现(Discovery)，这种创新的奇迹是自己发生的”。
此方案通过现代舒适的视觉有材质和互动感的空间体验，为LG化学办公项目基地的设计理念和价值观赋形置景。将简约现代、共享且私密设计理念融入场景，对空间布局规划进行补充重塑，完成更高效智能的且充满温度的公共环境。针对项目设计难点，设计团队围绕以下问题，展开设计工作：1、展示和表达办公环境的仪式感和价值观；2、生动地呈现公共环境群居环境私密且友好的社交；3、在有限的空间内增强互动感和好奇心。
Designed as a space for work, interaction, and cooperative meetings with the idea of reflecting the character and goals of the company, while embodying the unique corporate identity of the international consulting firm, the designing team proposed a new layout model based on flexibility, comfort, and sustainability, a workspace filled with energy created by the accumulation and contrast of materials.
传统办公空间是封闭单一的工作“容器”，而在信息技术高速迭代的当下，办公空间则逐渐演变为人们工作交往的“媒介”，容纳整合展览、讲座、沙龙、娱乐、event space等各种使用场景，鼓励各种正式与非正式的交流共享在其中发生，同时在当前的空间环境中，在需要的时候保持自洽的社交距离。
The office space was designed with the goal of creating a functioning open-plan environment to achieve maximum efficiency and optimize functionality, allowing its users to grow, adapt, flow, and communicate. The new concept also emphasizes the importance of relations and exchanges in the working environment by designing refined workspaces that rhyme with conviviality, dominated by the mixture of modern & contemporary design style comfortably, composed of delicate and neat materials in the space.
悦享大气篇章-入口区

初来乍见，这里被寂静和光线所占据，亚马逊洞石饰面让空间多了一份仪式感，灰色玻璃的点缀使其不失理性，红色LOGO标识在空间中巧妙融合，使整个空间轻松而醒目。入口处设置会议室方便客户接待，与茶水间暗门联通，方便后勤来往服务，避免员工在办公区随意穿越。
In order to reimagine the space for modern use, new interior elements have been sensitively added to the building while leaving the original interior structure uncompromised. The new design for the LG Chem office offers flexible spaces for different types of work: from fully equipped coworking workstations in the open-plan office to two-person and individual offices, complemented by various communal and presentation areas, and conference rooms.
品牌展示墙作为承载，光影与品牌历程起伏延展形成错落有致的立体美感。除此之外，白色充斥了这片区域，设计师希望在深厚的品牌发展历程中体现一种面向未来的张力，在功能之外，缔造科技与浪漫并存的理想与可能。
In order to create a more private atmosphere for the workers, the entrance hall doesn't head directly to the main office. Upon entry, a welcoming wall with the company’s logo greets the public and allows the eye to travel, intended to also work as noise insulation from the public units outside. The wall also frames different areas and working space that clients are also invited to experience, guiding the occupant towards the required direction.
开放、高效、舒适-共享办公区

独立办公区与共享办公区融为一体，又似乎有着各自的独立空间。通过体块组合分割，不拘泥于固定的办公室格局，以灵动开放的功能布局与开放共享的职场理念，在同一片区拉近距离，鼓励彼此在舒适自然的氛围中研究与讨论，收获信息，激发灵感，亦可在工作之余放松休憩。
The interior of the office is basically an open space divided into different slots for different activity. The two side wings are occupied by the desks, custom-made with SPF wood, placed alongside the entry hall.
我们尝试合理性地“浪费”空间，营造一处美学憩所，作为办公职场空间的组成部分，提供小坐、阅读、自拍、整理或者静立片刻。通过选择材料使其柔软并带来温暖和触感，在斯堪的纳维亚风格上的感觉融合了清新与舒适。
In addition to the open and integrated office space and furniture designed specifically for this project, the project also includes diverse rooms meant to allow the occupants to socialize and take a break when needed, such as a kitchen with a large counter and a living area, introducing employees and visitors to a bright, clean, and highly equipped, designed to make the working environment enjoyable.
区块划分-会议培训室

多功能厅的设置避开开放式办公区，避免相互干扰；领导动线、参会员工动线、后勤服务动线各自独立，互不干扰。为了多功能厅墙面的完整性同时可增加更多参会人员座位，配套会议室设置单独通道。
The interior is full of tactile and textured materials - concrete, plywood, plaster, presented in the form of ceiling finishes and partitions. The energy generated by the contrast of these materials embodies the image of a vibrant company that values individuality. The carpet flooring, laid with horizontal lines pattern with a neutral direction, draws the eye to a playful shape. The choice of lighter tones, sober finishes, and lounge furniture accentuates the relaxed atmosphere, while the flexible layouts of the workspace promote teamwork and productivity.

在效率和节奏感之外，如今办公文化更需要一种舒缓和放松的氛围。半透明的渐变玻璃将办公空间与休闲空间隔离开来，跳跃的黄色与蓝色，幻想片刻的生机。灵活自由的路径构成回游的动线，串联起流动的功能空间。
In addition to the open and integrated office space and furniture designed specifically for this project, the project also includes diverse rooms meant to allow the occupants to socialize and take a break when needed, such as a kitchen with a large counter and a living area, introducing employees and visitors to a bright, clean, and highly equipped, designed to make the working environment enjoyable.
简单是一种能量，以自然赋予人生启迪。设计师从这份简单中获得灵感，当感知注入空间本身，流动的生命力和艺术感随之产生，关于空间的故事在动态中演绎。
Throughout the interior, the furniture has been carefully chosen and designed to make elements of different purposes and space function, such as several desks in walnut warmly dresses the various white background of the conference rooms and common areas, bringing character and elegance without falling into ostentation. The curves and contrast of the furniture selection, along with the surrounding sobriety and simpleness of the space, gives a unique balance and signature to the project.
