The interior was designed by Martyn Lawrence Bullard, a renowned interior designer known for his work with high-profile clients and numerous celebrities. For this mansion, Martyn was instructed to create a space that was equally as sparkly as opulent, with a fresh, fun vibe to match Kylie Jenner’s personality and interest in art, as shared on her social media platforms like Instagram. The interior is essentially pink, to the celebrity’s preferences, to which several statement pieces were incorporated, including large artworks, eye-catching furniture, and unique decorative items, adding personality and visual interest to the space.
Kylie Jenner’s home is said to reflect her personality, where Glamorous, over the top and exciting, yet worm and inviting, along with a collection of décor and artwork seamlessly becomes symbolic of the young celebrity’s persona.
In the monochromatic living room, consisting of India Mahdavi sofas in Schumacher bouclé and custom suede poufs, the white lacquer-and-acrylic grand piano becomes the centre stage. In the background, Mirrors by Wüd Furniture Design and melting-like brass consoles with drip patterns, frame a Jean-Michel Basquiat screen print hanging just above the marbled fireplace.
As for the gold-leafed dining room ceiling, anchored by Damien Hirst’s “I Love You” butterfly silk screens series, the Plush side of the celebrity is highly brought forward. The leather upholstery on the chairs was custom designed by Martyn Lawrence Bullard, to match colours from Kylie’s lipstick collection, ranging from ceruse to pale pink to deep garnet, highlighted by a Brass chandelier by Coup D’etat.
The entertainment continues in the bar lounge, which is tricked out with a billiard table, arcade games, a Saint Laurent limited-edition surfboard, and, for a little added cheekiness, a group of giant condom sculptures from artist Beau Dunn’s “Size Does Matter” series.
A neon installation by Tracey Emin best sums up the saucy vibe of the dynamo’s dazzling home, that reads, “I Can’t Believe How Much You Love Me”, as well as a trio of Andy Warhol’s dollar-sign lithographs, hanging above a vintage Milo Baughman sofa.
The art-filled bar also features a dramatic portrait of the homeowner by Alec Monopoly, a candy-print Be@rbrick collectible toy stands in front of a Super Shot game machine, and Vintage Milo Baughman barstools in a snow leopard–patterned velvetprint.
In the lavish family room, a Jim Zivic hammock from Ralph Pucci is suspended from the ceiling in the family room while Kelly Wearstler marble side tables and bower mirrors from the Future Perfect, adds much charm to the monochromatic set.
With Kylie feeling a deep connection to Marilyn Monroe, a series of Andy Warhol screen prints of the 1950's icon, ascend with the stairwell in the home’s entry.
Onto the second-floor landing, Yves Klein blue and pink pigment cocktail tables byMaison Midiadd a pop of colour to the space adorns with black-and-white photographs of Brigitte Bardot, Audrey Hepburn, and Twiggy.
A sneak peek into the master bedroom’s sitting area features eight Damien Hirst prints, hanging above a custom Martyn Lawrence Bullard daybed, accompanied with Lucite chairs by Bullard and a vintage Lucite cocktail table by Charles Hollis Jones, set on a beautiful rug by Anthony Monaco Carpet & Textile Design.

Kylie Jenner also created a customized glam room for makeup and wardrobe, completed with extensive storage and well-lit vanity areas.
